Does this bring in comcast cable tv and wi fi?

I don't know about the cable tv, as I just have over the air TV.  It does do wifi.  I have the router next to my computer, and the blue ray player in the other room down the hall that is hooked up to my tv.  Great signal. We get Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime so we don't really need cable, and my kids don't miss it at all either. I believe cable would work too, but you should double check with your cable company and ask them if the cable signal can be broadcast through wifi.

We also use the wifi with our cell phones and tablets.  When I drive up in the car, and I am still outside, my phone recognizes the network, so it has a pretty good range.  You can also set up your main network, and a guest network as well.
