with its hardware spec at the price, it is a steal. it runs all my 3A games smoothly. i also love its beautiful and elegant design.

- Thin and light, at about 3lbs - Solid feeling construction. I feel no flex when resting my wrists on the laptop to write this review. - all day battery. I can use this laptop for emails, watching videos and browsing at about 20 - 30% brightness and the standard power setting in the My Asus app, and that will last me about 9 - 11 hours depending on the usage and applications. - Plenty of memory for the average user at 32GB. (For any gamers out there, by default, the VRAM is allocated dynamically depending on the application. Unfortunately though, you can only max out at 8GB for the VRam. I wish it was at least up to 12GB. - Screen looks amazing! If you don't mind the glossy glare. ( I don't)

I was looking for an inexpensive laptop to take an online course. My daughter recommended this site. Ive never heard of it before! The laptop was affordable and works perfectly!

Able to play most games at max or high settings

Very good condition a very light scratch on the outer case. The inside of the laptop is great no scratches nothing. I would buy from Newegg again.

Easy to set-up. Working fast. Shipping speed was very fast.

Like new condition. Fast and lightweight. Battery decent. Could have forgone buying a desktop as this supports multiple displays (may need adapters or best, a docking station). Totally quiet. Touchscreen works fine, though more delicate than a tablet, so no kiddos or cats!

The laptop was shipped very securely, with protective package beginning with the screen and at every outward step, including it's own box, separate from the power supply brick. Then the protective packaging continued, with the boxed laptop then secured in the shipping box. Very professionally packaged. The laptop showed almost no signs of prior use cosmetically. I could only find one very slight deviation, that was noticeable only by feel at the edge of the keyboard face. This would have passed for brand new, otherwise. The screen was perfect. Setup was a breeze. There were a couple of additional updates from Microsoft, for the operating system. The battery charged fully and has proven to be healthy as I have used it. The laptop was equipped as-advertised exactly. I had owned a previous processor level version of the same laptop, however that processor was not compatible with a Windows 11 upgrade, which is the reason I bought a refurbished laptop that was 3 generations newer for the i7 chip. The refurbished unit even doubled the memory size from my old laptop. This has been.a very satisfactory experience overall, and I see no downside. I give it a 10, and would recommend a refurbished laptop from Newegg to others.

Looks and works great fort his price, I could not miss this great deal. It is light weight and seem fast for a student use. We have not tried it in any gaming but The Office programs runs fast on it.

It has been very reliable and pretty snappy even as an inexpensive laptop

I've had no issues after using it daily for 3 months. Sometimes I shut it down, sometimes sleep, sometimes hybernate, and sometimes I'll forget and just leave it on overnight. The start up time from full power off is <15 seconds even with Fast Boot disabled in Windows which is simply amazing to me. I have two monitors plugged in to a DisplayLink dock which is then plugged into the Thunderbolt port, and then I have my gaming monitor plugged into the HDMI port. By doing this I can run the extra two monitors and Youtube/etc off the integrated Arc graphics on the CPU, and my gaming monitor runs off the dedicated RTX 4070. I also use the Copilot feature a lot for summarizing what would take me hours of reading forums and Reddit and comments and research, which I find extremely convenient and useful. I'm currently playing Doom (2016), CS2, Stalker 2, Jedi Survivor and Star Wars Outlaws on high settings 1440p, ray tracing if available, frame gen off, and DLSS quality and having a great time. 32gb of ram is plenty for gaming and leaving an app or two open on 2nd monitor, ram is not soldered so can be upgraded, and there are multiple NVME slots for storage upgrades as well.

Upgraded from a 3050 to the 5060 and oh my lord does it perform as intended. Same thing from and intel i5 to a Ryzen 7, the performance is out of this world. Released 3 days after my birthday, so thats just brownie points
