Bought this for my wife for our new start-up. Super fast, super sleek, super lightweight, super. Slicked it out immediately and put Kubuntu Linux on it, I think it took all of 3 minutes to install this thing is so fast. There is not a single con, all pros. Nicest laptop I have seen/used in my 27 years as an IT professional.

- excellent screen - best I've seen - nice typing experience - quick setup - perfect shipping - clean and functioning refurbish - sturdy cord. This model is the same I received to work with from the community college during COVID, so I could work from home and host video meetings as a teacher. I loved it then. When they upgraded me to a newer HP I noticed right away the HP screen was not as bright and colorful as this Dell. The HP was better in two ways: the HP has a crisper typing experience and better sound with Bang & Olufsen speaker grilles to the sides of the keyboard. However I missed the Dell's monitor, best I've ever seen. So when I saw this excellent price I could not pass it up. In addition to using this as my personal computer for writing, my wife and I use it to watch streaming TV and movies. We don't have a TV, we just set this on a stool in front of us on the couch. If you think of the screen size of 14" at a distance of three feet, that would be like 76" at a wall twelve feet away. This is replacing an older 17" laptop whose screen had to be pointing right at you to see all the colors. This one gives all the color to two people sitting side by side.

Looks and works great fort his price, I could not miss this great deal. It is light weight and seem fast for a student use. We have not tried it in any gaming but The Office programs runs fast on it.

I bought this laptop and my wife got the HP Omnibook Ultra equivalent to this laptop except with a 14" touch screen. Pros of the MSI is the huge beautiful Oled screen. This thing is a beast of a machine that doesn't get too hot. I have not found one thing that I dislike about it. Windows 11 pro with a 3 year warranty. I'm guessing MSI is not expecting issues with this laptop that they have decided to back it for a full 3 years! So glad I took the leap and went for the MSI!

Needed something portable and smaller than my 17" laptops. Love the backlit keyboard. Boots quickly with excellent WiFi connectivity.

This looks and runs like a new laptop. The price was the best I could find for the specs.

Our daughter needed a new laptop but couldn't afford one. I recommend Newegg for finding the right item for the right price. For the need our daughter has this laptop is an awesome deal. She loves it. Easy setup and works well for the tasks she needs to do.

Pros: Light and portable, somewhat smaller frame. Number pad. Adjustable keyboard colors/brightness. Despite being light, it feels durable. Crisp, beautiful screen with great color and contrast. Definitely a highlight.
