good ray tracing
As an upgrade it was easy. Swap out and connect the power leads. The standard setup settings after powering up and the monitor settings were OK, just moved a couple of icon positions on screen and the job done to perfection.
Doubles the speed of my 3070ti. Looks amazing. Adrenaline software has really good tuning capabilities.
I love the form factor without all that RGB mess. Quiet while gaming. Easy install. Glad it came with an adapter for dual pcie 8 pin cables. Havent had any issues so far! I'm coming from an Asus rtx 4060ti 8gb dual. I can visually see a huge difference in my games!
-Good rasterization -Murdered out, no LED frills -Stays cool (but heats up entire room)
Everything
The AMD software has been great, set it on HYP-RX and this thing is peg at 304w almost all the time. Playing Hogwarts Legacy at 4K at all Ultra settings. No FSR still 90+ FPS real frames not fake frames🤣😂
-16 Gigabytes of GDDR7 vram- the future standard. -12VHPWR connector has an LED to ensure proper insertion -Sturdy build, not cheap plastic -Chews through any RT load

Stuck in a intel Nuc Extreme that has a two slot placement for a dedicated video card, started with an Asus RTX3060 12GB OC. It was a pain to load the drivers and sign the kernel, after reboots with new kernel updates the system would lock up. pain..pain..pain.It's still pretty new by Linux standards....not a bad card. Had to basically pay double, put this card in and it just works, maybe a few plugins and steam. The nvidia card would run the fans when running a game in steam, when using this radeon card they don't run at all, the only thing that runs hot is the M.2 nvme drives and the fan comes on for that....radeon card doesnt even get warm enough to make the fans come on. Initiallly, it was to to be a Proxmox setup, got a video card and its a dual boot with Fedora39, make sure to disable onboard video in bios. Like I said the radeon card will be fine with both O.S....It just works.
Great performance for what it is. The AMD 9070 and 9070XT are far faster though get those instead if you can get them at msrp
One of the main complaints I see of this card is noise. I have yet to hear the fans engage. Im running every game on max settings 4K.
Runs all my games in 4k Not loud
It is much quieter than I expected. I use it for mathematical compute in my home workstation, so I appreciate that it doesn't make the room unbearable (not at all, I hardly notice it).
Temps don't hit the 80's on anything. The temps are pretty good for the card. Although, if the airflow in the case is terrible, this card probably won't be able to cope. I changed the fan orentation in my case which helped even more. Before I changed the fans, both the Core and VRAM temps were within a good range and they were lower than what I saw in reviews for this particular card. Seems to have a decent amount of undervolting headroom. I 100% recommend undervolting this, but mainly for preserving the card. All of the ROPs are there and present. I am happy with the GPU brace that Gigabyte included.

Better than a 4070
Quite, coil whine is non existent LED is stunning to look at Design itself is 10/10 for white builds
Been using it since March 2024, got stellar performances in all games (161% on UserBenchmark / UFO).
