- Great Picture Quality - 300hz
- Amazing color profile preconfigured by acer - High Hz for the price - Good software that works with the monitor
Great refresh rate Nice color
Went from IPS 1440P to this monitor and I have to say with 100% brightness HDR, I actually said "wow" out loud when I first set it up. Its quite bright with amazing color contrast.
It works, looks better than my 23" 720p tv
I once played at 1440p 144hz and absolutely loved it. Then I got very into competitive fps games and "downgrade/upgrade" to 1080p 240hz and loved the buttery smoothness of more frames. I had forgot how crisp 1440p was and then I saw this and knew I had to have it. For $400(on sale) this is easily one of the best purchases for my gaming rig I have gotten. Colors look great. HDR looks great.
Light Weight, Low Cost, Good Picture, thin Bezel
-Deep blacks -Refresh rate/lack of input lag -colors pop, the display almost looks inky, like a liquid art piece, something you just don't get with IPS
HDR. I admit I did not understand what it was, and I had no idea what I was missing out on. You would think it would make games more challenging, not being able to see anything in the pitch blackness of dark environments but my experience is that this was the opposite. The immediate and obvious contrast of the tiniest glint of metal in dark and foggy forests was as real and crisp as it gets. That's a tangible performance advantage in competitive games. Yes, please. 32" curved. I could not compromise here. I needed both. Demands met. No complaints. The wide and hefty base has a spring-loaded friction tensioned column that mounts the monitor to a VESA plate adapted to a pivot arm at the top of the column. It is perfectly tuned against the monitor's weight, and this allows you to freely adjust the height and angle of the monitor without tools, and with just a gentle nudge at the top or bottom. 4k @ 160 Hz for $400. That's what really sold me this monitor. I just didn't expect to be so amazed by the picture quality.
I really like this monitor, its much better than the previous one I bought from Acer. I sent that one back and got this.
Good value for what you receive
Purchase 3 units to replace a 49" Samsung ultrawide on my racing simulator. Requirements were IPS, QHD, 1ms, 180 to 240hz and the inclusion of quality stands. At 209.00cnd dollars a piece, these were the cheapest monitors that met my requirements from any vendor, Closest was an ASUS model on promotion at The giant wahrehouse that scans my membership card... this even even adding in the 29.00 three year warranty through Newegg. Also the Giant warehouse does not offer extended warranty on monitors like they do on appliances. I Received all 3 via Purolaror, packaging was in mint condition, despite not being double boxed, which surprised me somewhat. Many have reported dead or frozen pixels, so to make sure. I removed each display section from the carton and immediately tested them for dead pixels, frozen pixels and bleed and all three passed TC's quality control. Also took the 3 year warranty coverage for 29.00 a piced.
Great for 1080p
