This portable monitor is a very sturdy build and the flap covers are quite nice/durable. Layout of the controls/ports is quite smart and the menu touch button with tactile feedback is very functional/nice. Menu Settings on the screen are intuitive, quick and intelligent. The Uperfect monitor will automatically tell you if your HDMI and/or USB-C connection is indeed actually "live" for video. The Tablet PC Settings button in your Microsoft Control Panel app on Windows 11 will immediately tell you if you will have the added touch screen features on this secondary monitor. I was hoping to have touch screen capabilities on my Asustek X515EAU laptop but the laptop can not handle that service on the Uperfect monitor. The quad sound effect on the built-in speakers works and the sound quality for music videos is surprisingly very enjoyable. The 4 included cables are good quality although I wish the HDMI-to-HDMI cable was just another 12 inches longer to facilitate setting the auxiliary screen on the right side of my laptop when my HDMI laptop port is on my left side. Image reproduction on the monitor matches my laptop pixel-for-pixel and there were no dead pixels or light bleed on my Uperfect monitor. I have limited touchscreen capability on my laptop screen but unfortunately I could not get any touchscreen capability on the Uperfect monitor using the 2nd USB cable but that is no big deal in my case. I think it is important to first look at your PC/tablet/phone USB-C port with a magnifying glass in search of the "type" icon stamp next to the port (see attached picture) and first confirm the type of USB-C port that you have in order to assure yourself you can run video over the USB-C line. In my situation the Asustek laptop USB port was a USB 3.0 port/jack (with a 3.1 driver) but incapable of delivering any video over that line using Windows 11. I have a full size HDMI jack on my laptop and the video delivery to the Uperfect was easily accomplished on the HDMI cable to the secondary monitor including sound. My Motorola Moto 5G phone has a nice deceptively looking "Swiss Army Knife" USB-C jack but the internal wiring for the phone is for less-than-modern-2023 class USB 2.0 circuitry and accordingly I could not wire it up to deliver video to the Uperfect monitor which was a letdown. Had I properly consulted the attached chart I would have known that video hookup via USB cable from the Moto 5G was impossible and I might have skipped on buying a secondary monitor since my main desire was to see my phone screen on the larger Uperfect monitor. When I buy my next mobile phone which will have a real Swiss Army Knife USB-C jack that supports video then I will be more than ready for it with this Uperfect monitor. I must admit the Uperfect monitor is still a nice welcome addition to my laptop especially for business meetings when I need to open multiple windows (using extended view) and I know my colleagues are going to drool with envy over the nice quad-sound from this monitor when I play the pre-meeting filler music.
