The cheapest flash drive I can find that holds a solid transfer speed. Keeps a solid 40-50MB/s. Every other cheap 128gb drive will drop to zero transfer constantly (Even teamgroups other 128gb USB3 Drive on Newegg).
It was free
It has a cap which I love so I don't have to worry about too much dust getting into the usb connections. Sturdy cover, and it doesn't take up too much space in the usb port so I don't have to worry about adding other connectors to nearby usb ports.
Bargain price with great reviews
Decent read/write speed
price small enough to travel with capacity
I like the style and the great storage capacity of this item.
- Sturdy design feels solid in hand. - Flexibility of both USB-C and USB-A without adapters - Compact but easy to handle if you have to reach behind computer or awkward angle port - Plastic caps snap securely - 1TB at this speed/price is a great value - Speed test: - MacBook Pro Thunderbolt 4: 1570MB/s (write), 925MB/s (read) - USB-A 3.1 Hub (peripheral): 621MB/s (write), 325MB/s (read) - Windows 11 USB-A 3.2: 452MB/s (write), 465MB/s (read)
Using USBDeview I'm getting about 800 GB/s read and 400 GB/s write. Not a T7, but one-quarter the price. Very happy with this performance. In addition the caps 'snap' on firmly on both ends, which satisfies something primal in me. Very small; fits into hand comfortably. I'd say TeamGroup has a winner in this product.
great price what a deal!
Small and compact. Loaded around 7000 mp3 files on it. Takes about 3 to 5 minutes for my Ford Escape to fully load it. Unfortunately it gets very hot but in FL I always have the AC cranking. Would recommend.
It works much better than expected, which I can't say for other Flash Drives I have owned.
+ I feel like I'm in a 50/50 world of half USB-A and half USB-C devices, so this double-ended drive takes away some worries about compatibility. + It's been in my pocket with keys for a week, and the caps have stayed on.
got this in the mail today and put 60 CD's on it
Good value, the speeds are acceptable for the cost of the units, ValiDrive showed all units to be good ,I am pleased with the purchase.
This flash drive came just in time before my old WD drive died...was able to save all my info and still had room for more...
Worked for 6 months
I am not looking for speed, just for temporary back up on the files. Did copy on Ubuntu images (9GB) for test copy to flash drive with 32-34 MB/s.
I am seeing people saying it this has slow write speeds. It's formatted in FAT32. I reformatted the drive to EXFAT and it's much faster now. I also had slow speeds.
