Awesome printer for the money. Being able to load two sizes of labels in it and have it switch automatically between them is the best feature. We use it in our shipping department, and in the last year have printed well over 50,000 address labels and about 35,000 shipping labels with it. We bought this printer as a temporary stopgap until we could justify the purchase of a pair of high-end thermal printers, but it's held up so well I'm questioning the need to replace it.
