Looks great, works great and its SILENT
Good design, Good cooling, rgb lights, and very quiet!
I'm blown away by this cooler for 50 bucks you can't go wrong. I'm cooling a 3900xt with it and it is nearly silent. I previously has an h100i cooling this cpu and it sounded like a wind tunnel in my office. Temp are nearly identical to the h100i give a degree or two but its so silent I absolutely love it. All cores loaded and its hitting low 70s and did I mention its almost completely silent! Easy install and its good looking too , if you like rgb its got some nice flair.
Keeps my 10th gen Core i7 Intel CPU very cool, even under heavy load it rarely exceeds 55 degrees Celsius. Under light load it says between 29 - 35 degrees Celsius. Love the RGB lighting - very cool looking. Quiet - I can't even hear the fan unless the CPU is under heavy load and then it is barely audible.
I have used many Noctua products in the past and have seen consistently high quality and attention to detail, this heat sink is no exception. This cooler is very quiet. I just installed it on a 205w TDP Xeon and did an overnight burn in test. Temps have been stable at 70c. No complaints.
-Easy install -Quality is there
Keeps my old 8350 running nice and cool. I tossed the stock cooler years ago and then in a recent parenting moment decided to build my 8 year old a desktop rig and thought this would fit the bill. Mounting kits were sufficient and went on in about 10 min, nothing too complicated there AM3+ socket and not a problem. Comes with a wee packet of thermal grease, so that is rather kind of them. Addressable RBG is kind of fun, the kid loves the "rainbow" colors. Its a cooler what more can I say.
-Fan installation is pretty nice. Using a set of sliding rails instead of fan clips was smart. Made installation rather easy compared to other coolers I've used, such as the Cryorig H7. -Cooling performance is pretty solid. Works well for a Ryzen 5 3600 running at stock settings at least. -I can appreciate the teal color of the heatsink shroud. Certainly helps it stick out from most other heatsinks with their black shrouds. Not for everyone, though. May want to get the black version if it suits your build/tastes better. -Sound is acceptable. I've used louder air coolers before. Not the quietest but still pretty good.
- Smaller size allows it to fit better in smaller cases. - Keeps CPU well cooled. - Low price.
This is a question will this fit an Intel i7 6700k on an 1151?
snaps onto stock AM4 mounting brackets easy to install easy to remove silent cooling good packaging
