Bright rgb, fully customizable colors, fast speeds
FAST FAST FAST NO RGB
- Always enough RAM for my B650F Motherboard with a AMD 7900x CPU with 6900XT GPU. - Easy setup
The RAM that I bought exceeded my expectations for performance and price versus others I have purchased.
- the RGB has always synced and worked without issue on multiple system builds, 1st time, every time. I love it when hardware just simply WORKS, right out of the box, and I know it's not an issue I will have to fight with and continually reconfigure. - available in both Black or White. - great size and speed selection to choose from
- Only 1.25 volts, which means high quality ICs and low stress on the CPU. - Low latency, even at that low voltage. - XMP timings pass Memtest86+ perfectly. - 128GB, in 2 sticks! - Low profile. Fits under my SFF heatsinks. - Better price/GB than higher voltage 96GB kits.
MoBo is ASUS ROG Maximus Extreme Z690 which has fairly limited choices on the ASUS approved memory list for 2 stick kits greater than 64GB. This 96GB kit was recognized immediately in XMP at 5600. It is Dual Rank if anyone needs to confirm that info. Supplied by Spectek B @ 40-40-40-77 Even Corsair support couldn't tell me the memory rank. It's beyond me why that info is such a guarded secret by so many suppliers. My case is Corsair 7000x so I did encounter the usual Corsair iCue/ASUS Armoury Crate RGB conflict battle but got that sorted. The memory modules default to Rainbow. In short: I am able to run my preferred RGB setup which is ALL the same colour. Did not mess with any other themes as I am just not into that.
It just works. Plug it in, click the "expo" button in the UEFI setup, and you're done. Default timings are good, especially for the density. Two expo profiles: 6000-CL30 and 6400-CL32. Probably the shortest RAM easily available with such tight timings. MSI seems a bit stingy with their QVL, but these sticks are supported.
