As I have low vision and make use of the accessibility features, one of the most notable new features in Windows 11 for me were the high contrast desktop themes. It basically makes all applications and web pages be in a dark theme (or whichever one is selected) and this is extremely helpful for me. Occasionally, there is a web page element like a radio button that is difficult or impossible to see if it is selected or not but it works well in a high majority of cases.
