Definitely worth the price, bought this for a headless server that I wanted to be silent, and was very pleasantly surprised by the quality vs the price. Got it for $70 and couldn't care less about the RGB features, but the cooler works great. Can't vouch for the in-box thermal paste, I didn't use it.
