Disable print pool if you have trouble with initial setup

Pros: Works great once workaround is implemented. See "Other Thoughts" below for help. Retrospect Express is a nice plus.
Cons: Problem with printer share option preventing SMB in firmware. Support is difficult to reach. Out of three I bought 2 had the problem mentioned below.
Overall Review: Thanks to the review by "Mofleta" I fixed my problem. Note: Instead of the other steps he mentioned, I only had to disable my Printer Pool to fix it. If you are having the problem where NASFinder can't find it or Error 53 follow this or "Mofleta's" review: 1) Connect SimpleShare and wait for blue light. 2) Open web browser to http://simpleshare 3) Login with admin and simple 4) Click "Advanced Setup" -> " "Printers" -> Change to "No Printer Pool" and click apply. 5) Click Start -> Run -> and type \\simpleshare to see if you have the share visable. Then you can right-click and map NetFolder.
Firmware update=non-bootable

Pros: Unable to access. I read its a very fast card once the array is rebuilt fully.
Cons: After updating the firmware from v7 to v9 the card could no longer be seen by BIOS as boot device. Followed every erase and re-flash procedure I could find to no avail. The POST would allow CTRL-C for config but after update that would only hang. Turns out that I wasn't alone in the issue of the POST config menu hanging. Wish it had offline array rebuilding since it's quite slow while the system is in use.
Overall Review: If you purchase this card and have no real need to update firmware then don't. It ran good before the update. I just wanted the update in case it allowed offline rebuilding.
warning

Pros: With careful use it works ok.
Cons: Be very careful when using this with a 2.5 and the power supply attached. The 4 Pin power connector is made of rubber and can be inserted up-side-down. Furthermore, opposite to the typical design of the 4 pin male end this units plug is up-side-down. I now have a dead 30g laptop drive because of this.
