Good value

Pros: Plenty of room. 16 hot swap drives. 2 x 5.25 drive bays. Was able to drop in tyan dual xeon motherboard with 1000 watt power supply, full length / height raid card, etc. with no problems. Rails were included as a bonus buy.
Cons: Lack of included documentation, but I was able to get everything going. Really if you price this with a new server quality mother board and power supply, you could almost instead go with a nicer super micro setup (but I knew that going in). I also bought a 5.25 adapter that houses 4 2.5 inch drives. You can make it work, but the 5.25 housings that come with this aren't really meant to be replaced (hard to explain, but they have a door that swings open when a dvd player is mounted on the inside and my adapter isn't a good fit).
Overall Review: Pleased over all. There are several models to choose from. This model has the separate sata connectors which is what I wanted, but some of the other models offer the better sata connector where you can connect 4 drives per connector (??). Also some of the reviewers of the other models have some good tips (like the drive bays have slots you can open / close depending on if there is a drive installed, etc.).
DVI to HDMI

Pros: 15ft, allows for computer to be positioned better in my workspace. Cable appears well built, includes a braided look cover on the main cable. Shipping time wasn't bad.
Cons: None.
Does what I need

Supports older server

Pros: Lots of RAM. Upgraded older supermicro Xeon 5600 series server with 96gb of ram, plus additional 24gb of older ram. Show that it is running at 1333. which is what is expected. No problems, even when running with older ram that is different speed.
Cons: Not really a con of this memory, but if all ram slots on the motherboard are filled up then the memory speed drops from 1333 to 800.
Dual outputs for workstation / server

Pros: Low profile card. Running in an older supermicro server, Xeon 5600 series. Dual DVI with included adapter. Included drivers for Server 2012 do the job.
Cons: Cheaper cards can be found, but this one works for me.
Works

Pros: No major problems, connects areca areca ARC-1882I PCI-Express 2.0 raid card to supermicro server sas/sata backplane. Cable includes side band cable which the back plane supports for monitoring everything.
Cons: Not sure if it is me, but once I plugged into the card I was unable to unplug it. No big deal.
Good service
Product shipped in a timely manner and was as advertised. It would have been great if the price was less expensive, but prices were competive with other sites.
