Good Price and Functionality
Pros: -Good Price -Easy installation -Improved performance
Cons: -None yet
Overall Review: Purchased this to improve the performance of an aging HP Pavilion AIO desktop. Used Macrium Reflect to clone the hard drive then installed it. Once the mounting was sorted, it installed with no problems. The boot time has gone from minutes to seconds and general responsiveness is greatly improved. This was a much more economical option than replacing the computer to gain software performance.
Good Price and Functionality
Pros: -Good price for size -Easy install in a laptop -Great machine performance improvement
Cons: -None yet
Overall Review: Installed it in an 11 year old HP Pavilion G6 and improved the boot time from 4 plus minutes to 32 seconds with a clean Windows 10 install. Now I will get a couple more years out of a backup office computer.
Good Budget Alternative
Pros: -Easy setup. -Good software. -Hardware RAID is easy to use. -Quiet. -Maintains good temperature.
Cons: -Seems "flimsy", especially the drive trays.
Overall Review: I would recommend this to anyone looking to increase storage on a budget. I loaded it with 4 8TB WD red drives and connected it as a DAS for a home network/htpc. Thus far it is working flawlessly.
Great Little PC!
Pros: Easy build. Good price. Works great.
Cons: Holes for the wifi antenna mounts were not punched correctly. A little bit of file work and they cleaned up fine.
Overall Review: I used this as the basis for a HTPC with a Ryzen 5 3400g, Noctua NH-9La and 16 GB of RAM running Windows 10. I also attached a Qnap TR-004 as a DAS for media and home network storage. This thing is amazing! It runs quietly, stays cool, and is handling everything we have asked it to do. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a small, unobtrusive, easy pc build. Well worth the money.
Worked great.
Pros: It's RAM. What can I say? It works like it is supposed to.

Great Computer
Pros: Fast, good graphics, runs the software I need it to, quiet fan operation.
Cons: The only cons thus far are that the plastic formulation for the case is not very resilient and the port placement is not optimal. While opening it to add storage several of the connection tabs broke off. NOT due to rough handling or forcing them. The plastic formulation is very brittle and feels "cheap" on an otherwise good machine. The ports would be better on the back rather than all on the sides. My desk becomes very cluttered with cables which reduces work space.
Overall Review: I would buy it again. It gives good performance at a good price as Newegg had it on sale and MSI offered an additional rebate. It is worth the money.
Seller Made It Right
I ordered a power supply to repair a Dell Optiplex 9010 SFF and it was "lost" in shipping. The post office showed it was delivered, however, it was not. I contacted Newegg and they put me in contact with the seller who corrected the situation by shipping another power supply. Thank you very much for your willingness to help. Once it arrived, the psu worked as intended and allowed me to get a computer back up and running.
Worked great.
It arrived when they said and it worked when it was installed. Problem solved. Thanks.
