Best Card I've Owned

XFX Radeon HD 7750 1GB DDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 CrossFireX Support Graphics Card FX775AZNJ4
XFX Radeon HD 7750 1GB DDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 CrossFireX Support Graphics Card FX775AZNJ4

Pros: I upgraded from a GeForce GT 440, this card is roughly twice as fast as expected, uses the same amount of power, no more than 55 Watts. I can't hear the card at all in my case. All my games run incredible such as Skyrim runs on average at 50-60 fps maxed out.

Cons: The only con is that the DVI port doesn't work with a normal DVI to VGA adapter so I'll have to buy a new adapter to setup my dual monitors again.

Overall Review: Love this card. Always wanted an XFX card, and an AMD card, finally got one, so worth it, and great that it came with a free game. Seems to max out most games.

Great Card

XFX Double D Radeon R9 270X 2GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 Graphics Card R9-270X-CDFC
XFX Double D Radeon R9 270X 2GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 Graphics Card R9-270X-CDFC

Pros: I love this card. Plays almost everything maxed out at 1080p except for a few games like Crysis 3 and some others which I'll describe in other. This card run nice and quiet and has a lot of power. Running many games such as Battlefield 3 and Crysis 2 well over 60fps. After replacing the thermal paste on this card I'm able to do quite a bit of overclocking for some more performance.

Cons: One small problem I had was with the temps. Playing games it often got up to 80 degrees celcius which I though was odd. So I took the card apart to replace thermal paste unfortunately voiding my warranty but that's not a problem. So just from replacing the thermal paste I went from about 79 degrees to around 53 playing demanding games. Taking it apart I saw XFX clearly put way too much thermal past on the GPU, seriously way too much, maybe just an isolated incident. Even at 80 degrees though the card still functioned flawlessly but now I got room to overclock.

Overall Review: One small bummer is that it's only a 2GB card which gives me some noticeable limitations on how far I can push Thief, Call of Duty Advanced Warfare and Shadow of Mordor. For those games I'd reccomend 3GB to get more out of the visuals. Everything still plays perfectly on this card.

Definitely Worth It

ZOTAC GeForce GT 440 (Fermi) 2GB DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 Graphics Card ZT-40707-10L
ZOTAC GeForce GT 440 (Fermi) 2GB DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 Graphics Card ZT-40707-10L

Pros: Dramatic Improvement over integrated graphics. Runs all my games well. Half-Life 2 runs at 60 - <100 fps maxed out and Starcraft 2 runs at 1080p, mostly high settings, some medium perfectly fine. Runs quiet and cool. I also do a lot of game design and vfx and editing and it went from starting to lag at 50,000 polygons to hundreds of thousands of polys and the triple monitor support is awesome.

Cons: The first crysis crashes when I adjust settings even to invert the mouse and I have some resolution problems I need to fix with games using cryengine. These aren't a very big deal and the game still runs ok.

Overall Review: I love this card, it was cheap and I'm not as limited when it comes to design. Cuda on this low end graphics card is still 3-5 times faster than the cpu.
