Pros: I liked the ease of setup. Not much to it. It literally takes 20 minutes to connect. I attached it to my outdoor TV mast and it works as intended. Im using it as a network extender plugged into to a network switch. Not sure what the future holds as winter is coming and I live in a cold climate but for now it looks to be working fine.

Cons: The cons are two. First, I did not get the range as advertised. Im literally getting signal for about 200 feet in open air but that is all I need. The Second, which I really hated is that its advertised as a POE Extender however it would not work plugged directly into my POE+ Switch. The switch is only powering four POE cameras with a total capacity of up to 16, max 250w, so plenty of juice but the extender would not power through the switch. You have to use the provided POE Injector, thus it needs its own power source. Not a real big deal but now I have to have another gadget powered in at all times. Not ideal but not a big deal for me because I have additional power source at my network location but keep that in mind.

Overall Review: I would recommend to buy but read the details carefully. This will not work through a POE switch, at least it didnt for me, and that was the reason I bought it in the first place.
