Pros: Fast. Improved the FPS rate in many games. Was able to run Unity much better than the GTX 660.

Cons: nothing

Pros: It spins fast and it's cool. Also, looks great.

Cons: Noisy! I bought to replace a fan I have and I thought it was going to be less noisy. The thing is the faster it spins the more noise it makes. The solution is to lower the fan speed via BIOS settings but then it would bring less air into the case.
