Pros: Does what it says. Loaded Win 7 64 bit on an OLD HDD. Cant imagine how much better with an SDD. Maxed out the RAM which was worth it

Pros: Fast, plugged right in Not sure its an issue, but my laptop had a 9 mm HDD and thus is 7 mm. Luckily, screws aligned to hold it secure in the correct location

Cons: Two issues 1) MBR partition and had ro reformat to GPD 2) Samsung Magician Magic did not read the drive correctly when using a cable and using the drive externally. Put it in my laptop as the main drive and firmeware was able to be updated.

Overall Review: Now partitioned and dual booting Windows 10 with Mint Linux 20 Cinnamon. Time will tell, but I've had good luck with Samsung SDDs

Cons: Port forwarding is not as easy as my old D-Link. Have to find work arounds for finding the correct MAC address for the piece of equipment. Doable, but tedius. Last 2 firmware update did not address this issue, even after I called and wrote a request
