Pros: Nice quiet fan. Shipped with several different power adapters so you shouldn't have any problem attaching to a power source. The fan is solid and well built. Attaches to case with small rubber feet that seem to stretch forever so you can pull them through small holes (I did have to enlarge my predrilled holes in order to mount the fan though). Rubber feet on fan reduces noise, even at high fan speeds. Price point of this fan vs. quality is excellent.......you won't find a fan this good for the price. Fan was shipped immediately from Newegg and arrived quicker than expected.

Pros: As a former ISP, I purchased many Netgear hubs and switches. I don't recall every having any problems with their equipment. I like the fact that Netgear equipment is built in a metal enclosure........no plastic!

Cons: I have found none.

Overall Review: I have not tested this POE switch yet, but I'm sure it is of the same quality as other Netgear equipment I have used.
