Pros: Easy to install in the motherboard. Works perfectly, plus a low prices. What is not to love about it?

Cons: Very slow - how an Ultrabook with the specs of this one was so slow to boot or perform any tasks is beyond me. To make things worse it did not have all of the drivers for the hardware installed and some keys did not work at all. I tried two of them and neither worked. The second one was even worse than the first because the fan ran constantly as if the system could not cool itself.

Overall Review: I do not recommend this to anyone. The specs are good, but performance is horrible. It did not appear to be refurbished at all except for maybe being cleaned off. To make things worse, since the warranty on the item has the purchase as "non-refundable" even when it is defective, you cannot get your money back. They could probably send you a rock and since it is non-refundable they will only replace it until they are out of stock.

Although the shipping times may be longer than some, they beat others on price. The quality of the products are good, the packaging is professional, and the shipping was in good condition. If you are not in a big hurry, I would definitely recommend this seller.
