Put a turret on it and ship it to Iraq

Pros: Space, space, space. Think of this as the Ford Excursion of cases. Massively overbuilt and completely unnecessary except for very very specialized applications. In the case of the Excursion, you shouldn't get it just for going to Costco; similarly for the Armor series, don't get this for your Lanparty box. However, for that 2 TB fileserver that sits in your basement with a dually mobo and twin Gig-ether leads, it's pretty much ideal. Plus, with all the fans going I don't think you could get the temperature up 10 degrees above ambient unless you squirted lighter fluid down the top-access USB ports. Even with all that suction, it's probably 1 or 2 logarithms
Cons: Those 'door-fins' on the side are absolutely baffling to me. They seem to serve no purpose, but make the case more difficult to move or carry. It's the equivalent of putting a spoiler on the front hood of your car: not only is it useless, but distracting and annoying and possibly dangerous. I have absolutely no idea what in the world the designer could have been thinking when he/she came up with that, but it's the kind of idea that gets you promoted directly to Vice President. Also, once you drop a nice 550W PS and 8 or 10 hard drives into it, you'll need a hand truck to move it.
Overall Review: I knew the cons going in and they weren't an issue for me. This is a big extreme beast of a case that's going to sit in a dark corner and glow eerily and somewhat silently while running scads of magnetic storage. That's good enough for me.

Pros: It's nice and light. I like the mobo tray. I haven't set it up, as I had to RMA it because...
Cons: ... it is NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT capable of fitting a 12" x 13" EATX motherboard like it says in the description. I got it as a cheapo unit to dump my older RAMBUS 1.8GHz duallie into, and lo and behold, it won't fit, no way, no how. So at $46 shipped, I just got pwned :(
Overall Review: This would be a nice light case for a different application than I had in mind, particularly if you can catch one of those free shipping dealios. I hope the specs get updated soon.
What's not to like?

Pros: Fast, cheap, spiffy new technology...
Cons: ...that doesn't have as much of a track record.
Overall Review: Stuck a bunch of these right into a Raid-5 array. It set up and formatted pronto and has been humming along since. Noise isn't an issue for a multimedia fileserver that sits in a closet, so I can't give much insight there. Usually, early adopters pay more, not less.
Works great so far

Pros: Plug and play worked fine for me under XP with 5 * 400GB Seagates. Automatically set up array on first boot. Cheap hardware RAID, especially now that you don't have to deal with that massive rebate (I'm still waiting).
Cons: Had to format array twice. One of the drives got 'lost' on the first format, so I only had 1.2TB. No problem, just downloaded the latest software and drivers, reformatted and it's been a revelation since then.
Overall Review: I'll need to check the speed against the old ATA 3ware array but my sense is this one is faster. I might grab another one at this price just to have a spare handy.
