Great price for such an awesome card
Pros: WOW! I upgraded from an intel onboard graphics card to this and all I can say is wow. A big leap for me. I could play STALKER 800x600 low settings with an average of 20 fps with my onboard. But with this I can play on the highest possible settings with max resolution and I still get over 60fps. A HUGE DIFFERENCE. COD4 highest settings, max res, still over 60 frames. Also card is cheap compared to others plus it has a rebate.
Cons: I was a little disappointed that I could only play Crysis maxed settings 1024x768 with 20fps average. I don't blame the card though. My system is a intel dual-core 2.0ghz (not core2duo) so it's pretty low-end. With a 3.0ghz core2duo I bet this card could run much better.
Overall Review: Download EVGA Presicion to overclock and control fan speed. And ATITool to scan for artifacts. Also download the latest drivers from EVGA's website. The driver disk this comes with is outdated.
Pros: Works flawlessly in my new build. The heat spreaders aren't overly high like other manufacturers.
Cons: Feels cheap compared to hyperx series.
Pros: Better than the white stuff.
Cons: Expensive considering there isn't much compound in this little syringe.
Pros: Looks nice. Heatsink very pretty. Kingston quality.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: You would be better off spending a little extra and buying a 2 x 4gb set for better performance.
Pros: Blue LED matches with my case. Very quiet.
Cons: 1st one came in and was dead on arrival. This was frustrating because I thought my motherboard was faulty since it was a brand new build. Newegg paid for my return shipping (love you guys).
Overall Review: 2nd Raidmax product and all I can say is these things are very reliable and cheap.
Pros: Amazing card for the price. Can't go wrong with a GTX+ version. Upgraded from a 8800gt so the performance boosts is amazing.
Cons: Stopped working after 4 or so months. Thankfully I bought an extended warranty from myserviceplan and they reimbursed me the full value.
Overall Review: It's risky buying a recertified card and a 90 day manufacture warranty may not be enough.
