Pros: I was very excited for this product and it went beyond my expectations. The product is the perfect phone for me since the last phone I had was the iphone 8 plus. Good quality, brand new box and everything. So far, the phone works great!

Cons: I am not sure if it has apple coverage or the only coverage I have is the Allstate coverage for a year
