Pros: Silent compared to other drives I have used. Solid made. Fit and finish great. Has never had any problems from day one till today!

Overall Review: I have used many different brands but all have fallen short of this one! I am no PRO but this Blue Ray drive is well made and very silent when spun up or changing RPM's!

Pros: Looks good. Lots of room the MB coolers and video cards.

Cons: Very cheaply attached windows, and 3 rivets holding them on where broken or missing Fan was broken and usable. Have to wait for them to send a return label then wait for them to receive this unit THEN wait for them to decide to ship a GOOD one back to me. We will see? Very poorly designed use of space on the lower section where the power supply and hard drives meet.

Overall Review: They did send me a new one that worked! But it turned out to be 14" tall and would not fit under my desk, so it wouldn't fit and that is one of the reason I purchase it is that the spec.s said it is 12.75 Tall. Well, surprise its not so it wouldn't. The lower hard drive mount is mounted wrong also, bad designing! they designed it so it will interfear with 90 % of wires from the power supply, if it was designed to point them to the other side all would work fine...

Cons: Microsoft has a straggle hold on the market so they can soak us out of more money!

Overall Review: Way over priced and then they use our money against us by taking away even more options= bad owners and management!

Cons: Noisy Very picky about media, slow!

Overall Review: I don't know if I received a bad drive but this think is noisy and picky about what media you use. I have always had good luck with ASUS products but that has changed with my last Laptop and now this drive! Ended up I had to return! Never again!
