Pros: Great case for cable management, fans look really cool when they work

Cons: I am having a major issue with the oboard fan controller/the 200 mm side fan. I am pretty sure there is an issue with crossed wires from manufacturing (poking around online, that seems to be common). I used Corsair's customer service portal (which is really cumbersome) and they said they would respond within 1 day.... Only they haven't responded at all. They have a button for Live Chat support during certain business hours, but no one has been on at the appropriate time at all this week. I'm not impressed, and I've had to RMA stuff with other manufacturers and know the drill.
