Pros: easy to use

Cons: I've owned 3 of these but they last only 3 years, maybe 4 at best befere the ports no longer work so the product is no longe useable

Overall Review: 2-3 stars because of poor reliabilty

Pros: Will not work if you use one of your own longer USB connector cords. I had to use the 6 inch one that came with it in order to make it work. This drive must not have enough power for longer cords. It would have been nice to know this before I returned the 1st drive that I bought, which I thought was broken becauue of this issue.

Cons: Works Fine Once You Figure Out It Is Not Broken

Pros: Great Picture, sound and interface...once you install Corel's patch update and the latest audio & video drivers for your system

Cons: None...now that I have updated the latest drivers for my motherboard. My System: AMD Phenom 9950 2.6GHz CPU; 8GB RAM; GIGABYTE GA-MA790GP-DS4H MB; SAMSUNG Black 22X DVD+RW; Samsung Black 2253BW Monitor; Windows XP Pro w/SP3; Altec Lansing ADA885 THX Speaker System

Overall Review: I had intermitted audio stutter. Also, the screen flashed pink when I scrolled my mouse over it; this also happened when the movie changed from one chapter to the next. Corel's WINDVD 9 Plus patch update did not fix this problem. However, all of this was fixed when I updated my motherboad drivers (audio & video).
