Still Going...
Pros: After nearly two years, AT LEAST five wipes/formats, and innumerable removals and installations it's still going strong. SMART values (for what they're worth) are the same as when I tested it the day it arrived. Small for anything other than a O/S and program drive, it does it's job well.
Cons: None. Nada. Nyet.
Overall Review: Still haven't been able to train it to install my programs for me.
Don't Even Bother
Pros: None
Cons: Received relatively quickly, which wasn't a surprise as it shipped directly from the Egg. But upon opening, found my hands, and the cartridge, covered in toner. Not good...
Overall Review: Really: Don't even bother with this cartridge. If you're in possession of a compatible Samsung Laser Jet, just look elsewhere.
Whooosh....
Pros: Quiet. PMW. Fits my cooler. And, it isn't that gross peach/brown color!
Cons: Honestly, there's not much that go wrong with a fan. Either it works as advertised, or it doesn't. This one works.
Overall Review: Having a fan that can actually utilize temperature control really does help make for a quiet PC. Just remember, not all 4-pin fan headers are actually PWM compatible. Check the guide that comes with your board, boys and girls...
It's Compatible!
Pros: Well, it's compatible with the Samsung ML-2510 Laser Jet printer!
Cons: Brand new, out of the box, it worked but... After five pages, the "toner low" light started blinking. Was it a malfunction? Nope. I was able to get about 400 pages out of this cartridge, and that's with shaking any clumps to get those last few pages.
Overall Review: There is no way I will ever be buying one of these again. I'll stick to the old 3K page cartridges - OEM or not - that you can still find elsewhere.
Does wonders for that hot card...
Pros: Rather straightforward and easy installation. Just follow the instructions, and you're good to go. Does wonders for doing what its supposed to do - namely - cooling down that hot, hot, hot video card.
Cons: Sadly, it does not install itself.
Overall Review: I kid you not, this wonderful piece of technology dropped my GPU temps by ~10 to ~14 degrees C (running at 35% speed). Given that the previous cooling solution was an excessively loud, excessively ineffective OEM Zalman VGA cooler (long story), your mileage may of course vary.
Mushkin Quality
Pros: High quality, tightly timed, RAM. The usual Mushkin quality, especially evident if you purchase their higher-end modules (Blackline and Redline series). Set timings, voltage right on from the start, no issues whatsoever after 3 months of use.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: Installed in a Gigabyte GA-790XTA-UD4 (slots 3 and 4). Timings: 7-7-7-20 1T. Vroom, vroom...
