Good so far

TOSHIBA DT01ACA200 2TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive
TOSHIBA DT01ACA200 2TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive

Pros: Fast, High Capacity, & Cheap while on sale. Runs faster than my other HDD's. This is the second Toshiba drive I have bought and so far I am very happy but time will tell if the drive will last. Upon installation, I transferred ~175GB of videos from my other Toshiba to it and by the end of the transfer it was copying @ 143 MB/s on SATA2. HD Tune Results Temp: 39C while idle Min: 81.1 MB/s Max: 194.6 MB/s Access Time: 12.4 ms Burst Rate: 161.1 MB/s

Cons: It didn't install itself.

Overall Review: I was a big fan of Samsung drives back before Seagate bought their HDD division and completely changed the drives for the worse. I was in search of a brand to replace Samsung and so far Toshiba is doing a good job. Both drives I have are running great. The first drive was bought January 2013 and has had no issues as of yet. and detects in Windows and HD Tune as a Hitachi HDS723020BLE640. The new drive bought July 2013 shows up as a TOSHIBA DT01ACA200.

Great Product

Logitech Infrared Universal Harmony 200 Remote Control - 3rd Party
Logitech Infrared Universal Harmony 200 Remote Control - 3rd Party

Pros: -Controls everything I threw at it with easy setup. Even if their online database doesn't have your device, you can use the old remote to fire the codes into the IR receiver on the bottom end of the remote and assign those codes to whichever buttons you wish. -Programming my remote was easy. Simply visit MyHarmony.com to get started. -The Harmony Remote control database currently contains over 250,000 devices from over 7,000 manufacturers and is constantly adding new codes from various devices. -Even though it says recertified, my remote looked brand new without any signs of wear. -Cheap! I was able to catch this remote on one of NewEgg's 72hr sales and got it slightly cheaper than the already new sale price. -Doesn't just have some of the functions of my old remotes, it has ALL of them. Recently, my Grandma lost her TV remote and for a quick fix, a cousin had bought a similarly priced RCA universal remote and it could only manage basic on/off, channel, and volume fu

Cons: -When I opened the box that my Harmony 200 came in, all it contained was the remote and a USB cable to connect to my computer. I wasn't really surprised at this since it is a recertified product but for those that aren't so tech savvy, a printout that directed the user to the website with instructions would be handy. However, the remote does have the MyHarmony.com website printed on the underside of the remote. -Setting up the remote requires you to register an account with Logitech. This is easy but annoying at the same time. The advantage though, is your account will save all of your remote's programming. -As I said above, there was no software included with the remote. Instead, you use a browser based configuration tool to setup your remote that becomes available once you've created an account with Logitech. -I also purchased a Harmony 300 but couldn't find where it would let me register it with my existing account. I ended up having to create a second account to set

Overall Review: Overall, I am very satisfied with my new remotes. Setup took maybe 20 minutes between the two of them. It took me longer to gather the model numbers for the devices I wanted to control than it did to program the remotes themselves. I'm not sure what the problem the other reviewer had using the software was but I do want to note that if using a PC, you need to use Internet Explorer or FireFox browsers as Google Chrome is not currently supported.
