Pros: Very easy to assemble - I had three different hard drives I wanted to pull old info from, so I took it apart and re-assembled it three different times and didn't have any problems. So it served my purpose very well and been working just fine.

Cons: No room for complaints it did it's job with relatively little effort on my part and seems to be working just fine!

Pros: Prior to upgrading to Win 7, I installed additional ram and replaced one of the hard drive on my Dell XPS. I'm not sure if it's a combination of the improved operating system or just the hard drive itself, the system boots in a 1/4 of the time and is so quiet! I'm very pleased - went ahead and ordered a second one to replace my backup drive!

Cons: none so far

Overall Review: Install instructions would have been nice, but eventually found instructions on the Western Digital website!
