Pros: We have been using this SSD in our office server with SQL for over 14 months, computer on 24-7. Absolutely no problem, not a single SSD related issue so far. As with any hard drive, always back up your data.

Cons: Expensive when new.

Overall Review: Been using Intel X25-M and 320 for a while, some X25-M have been deployed for over 2 years in our office and warehouse without any single issue. In fact, the only issue we've experienced was an one time system lock with the newer 240GB Intel 520, computer wasn't able to resume after sleep without a hard re-boot. SSDs are in general getting more affordable, but you get what you pay for. When buying heavily discounted SSD on sales, think twice.
