Surprisingly great camera

Logitech C905 USB 2.0 WebCam
Logitech C905 USB 2.0 WebCam

Pros: The image clarity is amazing. I pumped it up to 8.0 MP and put my eye as close to the camera as I could get it waited a few seconds for auto focus and took a picture and it came out so clearly I could study the pattern in my own eye.. The camera works fantastic in low/no light situations. I recorded a video in a room with no light other than the light of a monitor and coulda swore it was taken in late afternoon with no image enhancing. Very impressed by that. The lens is fanastic as is to be expeced with the Zeiss quality. The Autozoom/tracking and focus are very good. The camera is so tiny and comes with a cute little carry case that I store it in to keep it safe and clean when not in use.

Cons: 30FPS max is rather low and disappointing. The Camera stand is much smaller than I ever expected tho thankfully the stand is decently weighted.

Best heatsink fan combo I've owned

COOLER MASTER V8 RR-UV8-XBU1-GP 120mm Rifle CPU Cooler Compatible with Intel 1366/1155/775 and AMD AM3/AM2+/AM2

Pros: It's big but it's beefcake. I mean this thing looks like it belongs under the hood of a classic hotrod car. I have it in an Antec 900 series and it fits perfectly with just a tiny bit of room to spare and I do mean tiny. The flow design when mounted properly is perfect for this case as well since the front/rear fans create a perfect airflow channel with the way the fans are setup.

Cons: None

Overall Review: ASRock P67 Extreme 4 Gen 3 got 2x of this and have been running at 16GB in an OC config stably since installation. Best RAM you can get if you aren't going for the pricier 8GB dimms for 32GB.

Don't be fooled by 5900 RPM

Seagate BarraCuda Green ST1500DL003 1.5TB 5900 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive

Pros: Simple setup, fast & efficient. The 7,900 series are not more stable and burst speeds are ok. This is a solid mid RPM done right for EPA. It is blazingly fast and if you pair it up with a SSD then you are set. The price on this makes it a no-brainer. You can easily grab a few and RAID5 to your hearts content.

Cons: none.

Still going...

GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 260 896MB GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 SLI Support Video Card GV-N26UD-896M REV2.0

Pros: I bought this card when it first came out and will be buying 2 more for quad SLI. The price is unbeatably low and after what I just put a single card through on my new computer I can't say enough about how impressed I am with this card for gaming. There are bigger badder better cards out there.. but if you are looking for full DX10 compliance, which is all that most games have at this point anyway, then you can get a blistering 80-100fps in even highly graphics intensive games at their max settings. I just got done running Age of Conan a notoriously high quality and demanding visual mmorpg at max settings and it ran smooth as silk. With this set to quad SLI it will be even better for my professional usage demands in 3D studio max than a single 300$ card can do.

Cons: no DX 11 support
