Great product

SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 4550 512MB DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 Low Profile Ready Graphics Card 100252HDMI
SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 4550 512MB DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 Low Profile Ready Graphics Card 100252HDMI

Pros: Bought this for use in an HTPC ouputting to 1080p over HDMI. I am using a 32" Vizio TV. The picture and the sound worked right out of the box after drivers were installed (fresh ones from the website), although windows recognized it and used default drivers until the correct ones were installed. Everything worked great, except the picture was slightly blurry from either the TV or the graphics card resizing the image over HDMI, like it wasn't native resolution, althought he TV and the graphics card oth were ouputting 1080p resolution. I tried the RGB connector and it was clear as native resolution. I ended up returning the card and using the onboard video RGB connector.

Cons: Two minor design flaws are present: 1. The RGB connector is too high int he riser. When it's plugged in properly it is almost impossible to remove from the slot because as you lift the card straight up (to disconnect it from the MB), the RGB connector hits the case about 2mm up. I would up disconnecting the RGB connector fro the riser just to remove the card 2. The HDMI female connector is not centered in the riser. When you plug in the cable the male end hits the slot and does not get plugged in all the way. I hope I'm explaining that correctly. It still makes a connection albeiet a loose one.

Overall Review: Would have been 5 stars if not for those two blaring design errors in the placement of the RGB and HDMI females. (was not counting the trouble with the TV as I believe it was a problem with the TV)

Pretty good

ZEROtherm BTF95 CPU Cooler
ZEROtherm BTF95 CPU Cooler

Pros: Silent (of course). Keeps CPU(65W CPU) decently cool within reason.

Cons: None (Not really a "Con"(because if you are willing to buy this you should already understand that), but it is large and heavy, so make sure to do your research!)

Overall Review: Running an Athlon X2 3800+ Brisbane. Enclosed in my case ambiant runs at ~46C. While encoding at 100% CPU load runs at the AMD rated max at exactly 65C. Running CPU burn it gets up to 75C. It is cooled with a very low RPM 120mm Fan cooling it from ~4" from the back of the case (so it's not getting a lot of air flow). I put a high flow CPU fan on it(just perched it precarisly), and running CPU burn it brought it down to like 52C. Without the back Case fan on it runs too hot >85C. So if you are doing heavy processing(encoding movies and such), you need at least a tiny bit of air flow somehow or it may run over your processors max temp spec. Therefore for silent PCs, it's great, but your CPU is going to run a little hot.

High quality

MPERO Motorola DROID RAZR Maxx XT912 3 Pack of Matte Anti-Glare Screen Protectors [MPERO Packaging]

Pros: Good Matte screen protector. Was perfectly cut for my Razr Maxx.

Cons: none so far. I messed up the first application up. You really need to get rid of every piece of dust on the screen before putting screen protectors on. I mean EVERY PIECE

solid piece

ASUS RT-AC66U Dual-Band Wireless-AC1750 Gigabit Router IEEE 802.11ac, IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n, IEEE 802.3/3u/3ab
ASUS RT-AC66U Dual-Band Wireless-AC1750 Gigabit Router IEEE 802.11ac, IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n, IEEE 802.3/3u/3ab

Pros: Company bought this as a field router to place in factories that we service that have no wireless. Previously we splattered plants with multiple generic ~$40 routers set up as switches. We encountered a plant that there is too much metal(sheet metal walls, equipment etc). We did some research and our IT depth purchased this for us(not from Newegg....not sure where). We placed one in a Central Location and it is now doing the job of 6 cheapo routers. Its even blasting signal through some sheet metal walls. I estimate it covered a radius of 50yards in an Extreme heavily sheilded factory. If placed on the ceiling it may cover more area as we only had access to set up a network on the ground.

Cons: Not enough time with router to say one way or the other. I was also not the one who set it up, but the guy who did said it took him like 5min. No big deal

Overall Review: Antennae direction mattered. Place them in all different dirrfections to get the most coverage
