Pros: amazingly super-thin and super-quality - a great utility laptop - came with the usual bloatware that has to be opt-out of - and you cannot uninstall Microsoft Edge instead you must hack Edge out of the laptop

I've gone multi-computer and needed a small NAS to CACHE files between computers. This device works as advertised and I have what I wanted. It is best you have some computer knowledge to set this device up on your network. Would buy again.

TecDale, equipment arrived in good condition & worked as advertised. The only advice I have is for TecDale to check the cover door latch which can get stuck and this one was stuck however since I have experience with a previous purchased refurbish, same make & model, but from a different refurbish dealer, I knew how to get the stuck cover open. I don't know why these models have latch problems but they do. Would buy again.
