Better than Z68 and easy to use

ASRock P67 EXTREME4 GEN3 LGA 1155 Intel P67 USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
ASRock P67 EXTREME4 GEN3 LGA 1155 Intel P67 USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: Switched over from an RMA'd z68 gigabyte board. Great first experience with ASROCK. Had my 2500k pushing 5GHz (H80 cooler) with the ASXT overclocking app . Everything installed well, if you have an ssd for boot and a high end graphics card your not missing anything from the Z and getting a really solid proven platform in the P chipset. Booted right up with 16gb Kingston Hyper X and recognized it at 1600 no problem. Didn't think I'd use the usb fast/ turbo feature but it actually had my external HD's running at almost twice their normal transfer rates. Very impressive first experience.

Cons: None so far. Graphics card covers the stylish chipset heat spreader but other than that this boards a beast.

Overall Review: Very happy with the purchase, now waiting to see if bulldozer can catch up with the next stepping

Insanely cool look to a premium RAM set

Avexir Raiden 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 2133 (PC3 17060) Desktop Memory Model AVD3U21330904G-2RD
Avexir Raiden 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 2133 (PC3 17060) Desktop Memory Model AVD3U21330904G-2RD

Pros: Was able to boost Firestrike score by a few hundred points using this ram over Kingston HyperX with similair speed but slightly slower timings. This RAM looks amazing in any blue themed case.

Cons: Expensive. Very tall. Plasma light from the stick closest to the mobo power cable will be dimmer than the others due to the electro magnetic interference from the power flowing through the cable (even with high ended shielded cable like an EVGA 1200 P2 set with restrictors+ stabilizers)

Absolute monster

XFX R9-FURY-4QFA RADEON R9 FURY X 4GB HBM Liquid Cooled 4096-Bit PCI Express 3.0 CrossFireX Support Video Card
XFX R9-FURY-4QFA RADEON R9 FURY X 4GB HBM Liquid Cooled 4096-Bit PCI Express 3.0 CrossFireX Support Video Card

Pros: Running a pair of these in crossfire with EK full cover waterblocks at 1150 core clock by 600 mem clock. Chews up pretty much every 4k title that has CF profiles, but even in single card mode they handle everything I throw at them. When they're idling I mine Ethereum with them at about 55MH/s for the pair using the old catalyst 15.7 drivers. New crimson drivers stomp games but aren't nearly as efficient or powerful for Ethereum mining.

Cons: Very much tailored specifically for 4k gaming and content production, lackluster performance relative to the 980ti at any other resolutions and not as strong for reaching 100+ fps at other resolutions were the 980ti dominates

Overall Review: Ran it with the factory shroud/ AIO initially without any coil whine or performance issues. Paired with an LG 27MU67 4k FreeSync monitor for Witcher 3, GTA V and other less competitive titles, for competitive play like CS:GO and LOL I use a BenQ 2420Z. Both monitors running over the latest displayport without any issues.

Multimedia Station Deluxe IR receiver and remote
Multimedia Station Deluxe IR receiver and remote

Pros: After reading the two other reviews for this product and seeing very little outside information about it I was skeptical. I can say now that this product is a suprisingly well made and extremely useful addition to any media heavy rig. The power on switch on the remote, the mouse and keyboard functionality of the remote and the stability of the included software is impressive. While I use it with windows media center, setting it up and configuring for other programs is a breeze. The utilities are very intuitive and some basic troubleshooting skills will get you past any other hurdles

Cons: Included iMedian/ HD Page software is buggy and not really worth the time but the seamless integration with windows media center makes it a real winner.

Overall Review: You push the music button and you're instantly take to your music library with tracks ready to play, same goes for photos, videos and movies. The amount of buttons on the remote seems daunting but they're all extremely useful and make for a nice alternative if you use your pc as a home theater as well as a workstation.

Does what it does

CORSAIR Hydro Series H60 (CWCH60) High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
CORSAIR Hydro Series H60 (CWCH60) High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler

Pros: Does exactly what it's advertised to do. It keeps my 2500k running sub 40's at 4.5ghz (extremely stable and easy OC). Installed with the Thermaltake chaser MK-1 case and the radiator and fan works like a dream. Not going to give you the cooling power of an entire water cooled system but you should've already known that. The H60 gives you exactly what you pay for with solid construction quality and the thermal paste included already on it was a nice touch.

Cons: None

Overall Review: This isn't the H100, nor is it a full water cooled system but you shouldn't be expecting that for $70. It's an absolutely phenomenal aftermarket cooler for sandy bridge and probably bulldozer (i have no experience with the latter but after looking at the included AMD install guide and additional hardware for it, it shouldn't be a problem) If you're looking for a quick and easy way to keep your computer head cool, this is a great choice
