Pros: If you are a musician, such as guitarist and piano player this card is a must buy. The recording and effects programs allow you to record multiple tracks with effects etc. you get the idea. Its an awesome recording studio. The sound improvement is also fantastic for games.

Cons: Yes its expensive. Also the recording effects program that comes with it amplitube is only the LE version not the live version as well. in other words you cant hear the effects you're playing until after you record. but with skill that can be fixed

Overall Review: It is pricey but if you are a musician wanting to record with good quality and are a gamer too this investment is well worth it.

Pros: This card IS a great recording studio card if you are like most people and dont have the 1000's of dollars it would take to have a "real" one. For $xxx this card provides you with everything you need to record with good quallity

Cons: The recording programs are lite versions but like the guy said before, that can be fixed ;)

Overall Review: Do not buy this card if you are just a gamer seeking better sound. You are better sticking with a cheaper card or whats on your motherboard. $xxx dollars is a high price to pay for just better sounding games
