The MSI RX 480 Armor graphic card delivers as promised

MSI Radeon RX 480 4GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 CrossFireX Support Graphics Card RX 480 ARMOR 4G OC
MSI Radeon RX 480 4GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 CrossFireX Support Graphics Card RX 480 ARMOR 4G OC

Pros: -Great value and 8Gb model not needed for my purposes -Easy install -Quiet was my highest priority and this card is very quiet as promised

Cons: -No back plate but for the money I did not expect it and was aware none was coming from the MSI literature

Overall Review: My first attempt at installing failed because I did not press the card into the PCI slot with enough force. It felt secure. On my second attempt I could feel a slight "click" and all worked as advertised. This is not the first time with a card that I have taken two attempts but I have learned caution over the years. You can always escalate the force.

No Problems

Samsung Level U Pro Stereo Bluetooth In-Ear Headphones with Microphone and UHQ Audio, Blue
Samsung Level U Pro Stereo Bluetooth In-Ear Headphones with Microphone and UHQ Audio, Blue

Pros: I bought a pair and then my wife wanted a pair too, so I bought a second set. We use them with our Samsung S7 phones. On a recent cross country trip we both found them comfortable for the extended time particularly compared to the ear buds previously used. Battery life is good and since it uses the same charger cord as our cell phones we could have plugged into our external battery if it had been necessary. The sound is great using the Samsung cell phone feature - SoundAlive which customizes the sound to your taste and based on an individual's hearing. It was good sound before I employed SoundAlive and now it is great. For the Newegg price, I obviously would buy another and did.

Cons: The cords to the ear plugs feel delicate and there is no storage. The magnets in the ear bud housing designed to minimize flop when not in use are not strong and pretty useless.

Built to last w/ all the pieces and tools needed for easy assembly

Mount Factory Articluating Dual Monitor Desk Mount (up to 24 in.) - Black
Mount Factory Articluating Dual Monitor Desk Mount (up to 24 in.) - Black

Pros: -This is a substantial stand made of heavy steel and all the parts and tools needed to make a quick install -Even included are M4x12mm VESA thumb screws to mount the displays - not expected but a great surprise -the provided 6mm hex tool has an extra long shank to make adjustments and settings easy w/ no knuckles busted -The designs allows attachments to a thin shelf up to almost 4 inches thick depending on your choice of installing the shelf clamp bracket assembling. Great design. -The inclination and declination of the monitors was critical to my application and the +-85 degrees fit the bill

Cons: -Absolutely none (Already ordered my second)

Overall Review: -a fine product with a multitude of application options.

Solid performance and features

TP-Link 24 Port Gigabit Switch | Easy Smart Managed | Plug & Play | Lifetime Protection | Desktop/Rackmount | Sturdy Metal w/ Shielded Ports | Support QoS, Vlan, IGMP & Link Aggregation (TL-SG1024DE)
TP-Link 24 Port Gigabit Switch | Easy Smart Managed | Plug & Play | Lifetime Protection | Desktop/Rackmount | Sturdy Metal w/ Shielded Ports | Support QoS, Vlan, IGMP & Link Aggregation (TL-SG1024DE)

Pros: The addition of the TP-Link absolutely added speed to my SOHO network which is a mix between Ethernet, wireless, IP surveillance cameras and powerline. The smart features solved bottleneck issues. Noise is important to me because of the equipment room location and this is a quiet unit. That was a factor in my purchase decision.

Cons: -none thus far after a couple of months of service

Overall Review: Network gremlins are a real challenge and pain to track down. The switch often gets blamed when there a many, many software, hardware and wiring issues that can cause problems often blamed on the highly visible switch. This was my first TP-Link product and I was impressed to the point that I invested in the TP-Link TL-PA8030P KIT AV1200 3-Port Gigabit Passthrough Powerline 1.2Gbps kit and am equally impressed with its performance.

First timePowerline user and Works as Advertised

TP-Link TL-PA8030P KIT AV1200 3-Port Gigabit Passthrough Powerline Starter Kit Up to 1.2Gbps

Pros: I have a mixed network of Ethernet (TP-Link switch) and wireless (Linksys E8500) with hi-speed DSL internet service. I had a remote location in a sun room that needed Ethernet. I tried this powerline solution even though the AC line comes from a second AC breaker box versus the one powering the router. As recommended, I paired them by plugging them in on the same AC branch before moving the second wall unit to the sun room. It worked and paired very quickly. My house was built in 1996 with an addition in built 2004 (sun room). Great network solution from TP-Link and fast service from Newegg.

Cons: None of merit. You will lose the use of the second three prong outlet in the wall but the pass through option on the TP-Link unit makes this of little significance. A two prong device could use the available second wall plug without issue.

Overall Review: I only have the two wall units but plan on adding a third based on the reliability seen so far. This is my second TP-Link product and I am impressed with the price and quality. The written instructions were good - something that is increasingly lacking in computer products.

Sounds great

VIZIO 5.1 Sound Bar Speaker - Wall Mountable, Table Mountable - Wireless Speaker(s), Used like NEW
VIZIO 5.1 Sound Bar Speaker - Wall Mountable, Table Mountable - Wireless Speaker(s), Used like NEW

Pros: -I have a great sound system but to just flip on and watch the news I wanted decent sound without causing the lights to dim inn my neighborhood. I was not expecting much but this unit sounds great. The wireless connection to the subwoofer (which connects by wire to the back speakers) has never caused a problem once I got the initial connection 4 months ago. -This would be all one needs for anything short of a full fledged home theater powerhouse.

Cons: -the initial wireless connection took some effort. Read the direction more carefully. Frankly I did not read them until things did not magically connect. There is also some better directions online by Googling it. You do the same steps but it is easier to follow. Once connected whether Powered on/off or what, the connection has remained rock solid.

Overall Review: -In the weird category, I have LED lights in the ceiling that use a standard remote to cause various color changes and the on-off for the Vizio causes them to turn on and off too. Not good but I covered up the led receiver to solve the problem since I use a wall switch.
