Pros: Core2 Quad compatable! Up there very near the top of comparable micro mobos. BIOS lets you choose RAM and CPU frequencies and timings, so you can tweak it right. (Upto) 512 MB video built in (decent enough for highest resolution in BF2 w/very little problems). Support for up to 16GB of RAM, dual channel. HDMI, I could tell you more, but I am loosing out on frags in BF2 the longer I go on
Cons: Biggest gripe - default RAM frequency is 1.8v (ie, if you want Kingston HyperX (2v), get a Corsair or comparable 1.8v to boot to BIOS, change memory voltage to 2.0 volts, shutdown, install the HyperX then you can build you system. No front side panel firewire No BIOS tweaks for video
Overall Review: sure there are better mobo specs, but consider the amount of RAM, the tech support, and the quality/stability of the hardware, this board is the best choice, no, IT FRAGS !!!!!!!!!
Pros: only if it works
Cons: 1. right front audio died after a month 2. HDMI port died within 6 months 3. abit tech support 4. abit drivers are not available on US pages, you must go to .tw pages to get BIOS, drivers, etc. 5. you must buy a toss away stick of RAM to boot to BIOS to reset to boot RAM you want to use 6. abit rma support (you'll $xxx to get board cross shipped, another $xx if over 6 months from purchase and get refunded with only half) 7. forget your abit rma password, and they never send on your request
Overall Review: KEEP AWAY, DO NOT BUY Take it from a 20+ year computer support professional
Pros: FREE! What else can I say, it was free and that was the best part!
Cons: Core 2 Extreme tee shirt for the purchase of the Core 2 Quad, lol
Pros: lightweight, compact and ergonomic. replaces need for media controller for xp media center
Cons: 1. not for those needing the separate num keys on your standard 104 key layout. 2. default mouse install has the scroll wheel's click (third button) disabled. big whoop, as it is easy to reassign
Overall Review: great to also connect other bluetooth devices ? how long do four AA batteries last in this??? so far, a month and still typing
