Pros: Pretty good phone overall as far as software and aesthetics goes. Feels good in the hand, snappy response on most apps, and I did like the Moto Gestures features.

Cons: I've never seen a phone this fragile. This is the first time I've cracked a screen on in the 18 years I've been using cell phones. It fell out of my shirt pocket while I was picking something up off the patio, probably a drop of less than 2 feet. There's cracks literally all the over screen, in multiple corners spiderwebbing out. One of them gives off powdered glass if I touch it, so I'm now afraid I'm going to cut myself if I use it. If this is what gorilla glass is supposed to be, then no thank you. I've had the phone in my possession just under 3 weeks and this was the first time I've dropped it. Called Motorola, they want $100 + tax to replace the phone with a refurbished one. That'll put my sunk costs over $300 on a phone I'm almost certainly going to break again. No thank you.
