Worthy G15 v1 replacement

Pros: Had a G15 v1 for years until it finally passed this past year. Been looking at a worthy replacement and found it. Solid, responsive, pick a color for the backlight, fixed display (vs the flip open on the G15).
Cons: Key layout has shifted a bit on the right/left edges of the main keyboard taking a bit to get use to. Volume wheel is analog so you will here some feedback. Stands in the rear are a bit short leaving the keyboard feel more flat compared to the G15.
Doesn't last

Pros: Cheap, worked well to start with, 8-port gigabit connectivity. Good switch until it died.
Cons: After about two year the unit started to fail at gigabit speeds, devices which supported it would start to bounce between 100-full and 1000-full which slowly got worse. Would have RMA'd the unit but warranty repair service was almost the cost of buying a new switch. Before tossing the unit, I examined the unit I noticed some bulged capacitors and verified online the known problem of cheap caps. Not sure if the cheap cap problem has been resolved or not but units manufactured in 2007 and early 2008 have been known for this issue.
Overall Review: If your unit has bad capacitors the best thing to do is to keep the switch in a cool room with a stable temperature and at least some air flow. This will slow the wear and tear on the unit, in general it is good for all equipment but especially to those which tend to have faulty capacitors.
Nice card

Pros: - small - 6-pin power connector - 50-100% better fps vs GTX 660 while also moving graphics from medium-high to ultra
Cons: dvi -> display-port adapters don't work, if your running dual dvi use a dvi to hdmi adapter.
Cheap Active Noise Cancelling headphones

Pros: - Active Noise Canceling - Circumaural setting - in-line volume control - cheap
Cons: - AA batteries required - "Mute" button only works while constant pressure is applied and requires ANC enabled - Audio quality is decent for listening to talk radio, mid-range is ok, high end is weak, low end is not present unless turning up beyond any sort of comfort level and even then is cheap.
Overall Review: Overall if you are looking for a dirt heap pair of ANC headphones these fit well for taking care of air handler noise. The ANC quality is not what you'll get out of a pair Bose QC20's or Sennheiser PXC 450's but does the job well enough for a being a fraction of the cost. I cringe a bit on audio quality even compared to some cheap JBL's but factoring the price for ANC headsets they are pretty decent.
The boat has landed

Pros: Fits everything you can think of. Lighted 240mm fans look pretty sharp. Solid build. Easy open handles.
Cons: Pushing the size of a Mid-Tower....boarder line full-tower. USB 3.0 front port is cabled a USB-A style jack which is expected to be routed out the back of the case and into a rear USB 3.0 jack.
Overall Review: With USB 3.0 headers on motherboards being a pin-layout requires an adapter of some type. Depending on your motherboard you might be able to use an adapter vs an adapter cable but to keep it simple Newegg has a StarTech adapter cable USB3SPNLAFHD which will work to keep everything inside the case.
Great

Pros: Works great. Nice to see a MATX Z77 chipset board supporting Virtu MVP!
Cons: Hardware compatibility for RAM is lacking on for 8GB modules on ASRock's website.
Overall Review: Verified functionality with G.Skill's F3-1600C9D-16GXM 16GB (2x8GB) kit which is also available on newegg though not listed/tested on ASRock's website.
