Pros: Very well built. No problems with installation.Packaged well.Data Transfer Rate up to 6.0 Gb/s
Cons: I could not find any kahn's
Overall Review: I am using it for a home build with a Corsair Obsidian 550D to free up some case space.
Post code C
Pros: Flashing Red E Light
Cons: Post Code C with a Corsair HX1000W power supply.Jumped through all of EVGAs loops to get it working none of them work looks like a bad board not willing to take a chance on an RMA will just jump back to Asus boards.Tested the power supply on 2 different motherboards and no problems with it.
Overall Review: I have a feeling EVGA is aware of these problems with this board and still make you jump through hoops to get an RMA.So I will just send it back to Newegg not worth the time to keep trying with an RMA motherboard.Lesson learned and I am sure I will have to fight to get a free return.
Gigabyte is not EVGA or even close.
Pros: Card died in less than a year.
Cons: Card is dead less than a year of use. This was installed in a PC that is used sparingly. When the card failed I sent it to Gigabyte and was told I damaged it. Seems like most people that buy Gigabyte products use them as Hockey pucks.
Overall Review: I will never purchase or recommend Gigabyte to anyone. I truly miss EVGA and the support they offer.
One week Brewer
Pros: When it worked it was great.I had already known about the DRM protection.
Cons: Brewer quit making coffee after 6 days of use.I have called Keurig 2 times and have been run through the cleaning steps. To them they feel that a coffee brewer 5 days old needs everyday maintenance is acceptable .
Overall Review: Looks like I am going to need to send unit back to Newegg for a refund because keurig is not being helpful .I am sure it will cost me money for nothing .
Pretty red lines.
Pros: EVGA it was fun removing all of the plastic protective strips.
Cons: Red artifacts DOA
Overall Review: Its EVGA so no worries. The packing on this card is horrible compared to EVGA higher end cards .It is just shipped in a small box with an anti static bag no clam shell.Glad my GTX780I was packaged like this
ASUS Z79-Pro
Pros: Worked without any problems.Paired it with a i7-4790.Evga 780 GTX TI . Bios is easy to navigate and setup.
Cons: The ASUS round gold badge looked like it was found on the freeway it has so many scratches. But the video card covers it.
Overall Review: Very happy with it so far.I had a failing Gigabyte G1 Sniper 3 with a i7-2700K and do not feel much of a performance boost.
