Easy plug and play
Pros: Externally powered (or usb powered) Easy to install, Enough power to run( 2) 1TB external hard drives and (1) 3TB external hard drive plus (1) 32 GB flash drive
Cons: Only 4 ports, other than that it is actually a great hub Short usb cable it could be about a foot longer
Overall Review: it is a usb 3.0 Hub with Ipod/Ipad(or any tablet, kindle fire, android ect.) charging. for around $25 it is a good deal
worked for 1 day then would not spin
Pros: huge capacity, good price
Cons: worked 1 day then would not spin only clicked and beeped, after I put all of my files from 3 other drives, Not Hitachi's fault, you will get a bad drive every now and then
Overall Review: I contacted Hitachi directly to do RMA, This is by no means New Egg's or Hitachi's fault, I have bought 100's of hard drives in the past 13 years and have maybe had 8 or 9 die early..Just frustrating to have to RMA a drive and wait.. Just giving 3 stars due to waiting for replacement drive, I have owned Hitachi drives before 1st failure
Good Dvd Burner
Pros: Fast and reliable Dvd burning, Small size compact so you can sit it almost anywhere when not using.
Cons: it takes up 2 usb ports, not really a problem if you do not leave it connected when you are not using it. A slight problem with putting a disc in the tray, it sometimes is slightly difficult inserting a disc as it feels as if the tray would break, but i use it all the time and it always gives great results.
Overall Review: I purchased this as a drive to burn data because I purchased a hard drive caddy that goes into the dvd drive slot on my laptop, and I needed an external drive to replace it. The drive works great and like I said when you do not need it, it fits in a drawer out off the way. it has fast burning speeds too! 8X Dvd + R and -R, 24X Cd + and -R it even does DL discs too but I do not use them... A great Drive for the money, if you do not mind taking up 2 usb ports while in use...
Great drive
Pros: 5tb storage, worked right out of the box, no drivers to install, small size , no annoying bright lights. I have other external hard drives that have a really bright annoying light that flashes when it is accessing the drive, this one does too, but it is not bright at all, very fast drive
Cons: 1 year warranty? why only 1 year?
Overall Review: for $150 for 5 TB, this is a great drive for anyone that needs tons of storage, I replaced 3 1tb and a 750GB drive for this Seagate and it works well, no problems with having usb hubs that do not have enough power, 5TB? more than enough for me
IT IS SMALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pros: Usb 3.0...... Micro Usb capability...it has a rubber cap too
Cons: Small size...easy to lose
Overall Review: When I got this, I was like what the he@@ is this? this is not a flash drive. but let me tell you it is as fast or faster than all of my other usb 3.0 flash drives, despite it's small size it sure packs tons of speed into a little package... it is about 1" long and 1/4" wide, it has a mini usb connector and like I said it is very very small but 32GB and the capability to use micro usb it is well worth the $20 I paid
By far the fastest usb flash drive I have owned
Pros: 64 GB, it wrote 6.15gb in 4 minutes 11 seconds, that is by far the fastest flash drive I have owned, usb 3.0 helps but it is faster than another brand of a usb 3.0 drive that I have previously reviewed. It is 64gb huge storage! Inexpensive price!
Cons: Not capless, so you can lose the cap.
Overall Review: for a usb 3.0 flash drive, it is the fastest I have owned up until this point.
