Best router I've ever had!

Pros: Fast! Dual USB ports that are actually usable Gigabit ethernet can be used as a router or Access point
Cons: Asus' firmware seems to have issues. Bad placement causes this router to overheat, it could really use a fan.
Overall Review: Asus has to be one of my favorite brands. That coupled with the spectacular review on smallnetbuilder and the decent price tag made this an easy choice. Let me first say that the Asus firmware for the router has issues. Don't use it. Instead, google "RT-N56U Custom Firmware" and download the latest firmware from the google code website. That firmware will make the router more stable, faster, and broadcast a stronger signal. With the custom firmware installed, I have this router doing everything! USB hard drive shared as a NAS using this router (6-9MBps transfer over WiFi, 10-14MBps transfer over gigabit), HP inkjet printer shared over the network using this router, dual WiFi SSIDs (one for 2.4GHz, one for 5GHz), fantastic network speed (200+mbps throughout the house), a personal VLAN which allows me to connect to my home network while at work (my work network blocks tons of internet sites so this is extremely useful), AND in addition to all that, this router has somehow actually increased my internet speed! I have ATT U-verse and I pay for 17mbps service. When I was using only the ATT All-in-one wireless router, I only ever got <17. I configured the ATT router to disable routing and only be used as a modem so there is no throttle between ATT and the Asus router (Asus router connects to WAN IP, not to the network created by the U-verse box) and now my network speed tops out at 21mbps! This router is fantastic! Just a note, this router will overheat if it isn't placed in a good location. At first I had this router located sitting on top of the ATT modem, but it was having issues and when I checked on it, it was burning up! So I put it on it's own in a more ventilated area and since then it doesn't get very warm at all.
They're OK

Pros: The little satellite speakers sound decent, they are a very good size.
Cons: The "subwoofer" that comes with this set is incredibly small, which wouldn't be a problem if it was at least amplified, but it's not. I couldn't even hear the thing. Also the satellites sound decent, but they don't get very loud. overall these speakers leave a lot to be desired. audiophiles stay away.
Overall Review: This system is weird, usually the sub is amplified and then power goes to the satellites, but this is reversed, which makes no sense.
Quirky but functional robot vacuum

Pros: -Works well if using on hard floors which I am -Relatively quiet -Mapping seems to work well -Wi-Fi connects and allows app control like setting a daily schedule -Systematic cleaning method usually only found on ultra-premium robots
Cons: -The Voice! This thing announces everything it does. More of an annoyance than anything though
Overall Review: Performance on carpet is okay, but it's really meant for hard floors anyway. It will adequately clean low pile carpet but not anything higher. You'll still need to use a real vacuum occasionally. My mother also purchased one and she can't get hers to connect to Wi-Fi. May very well be user error or an issue with her router but I have yet to look at it. In order to create a daily schedule you have to use the app. The remote control will only allow you to set a time to launch every single day.
It's RAM alright

Pros: It works without issue
Cons: ???
Overall Review: I mean, it's RAM! What else is there to say? I haven't tried overclocking it or anything, it's already fast enough as-is I think. All my games run well, OS boots fast, no BSODs, good RAM!
Beast!
.jpg)
Pros: -Fast -Fast -Ridiculously fast -Better than an i7 but priced as an i5
Cons: -People like to diss on you for buying AMD over intel. Their loss! Let those losers spend $500 on a processor that can keep up with this one!
Overall Review: This thing is unstoppable man. I have yet to hit 50% CPU utilization ever! Even while gaming it rests around 40% or less. Paired with 16GB DDR4 2400 and a SATA SSD, Windows 10 boots in 5 seconds. As in from shut down to sitting at the desktop. Just ludicrously fast. With this CPU I can finally play a game on CEMU (you know which one!) at full 1080p (that's my TV Resolution) @ 60fps! my old processor barely got 15fps. HUGE upgrade! BUY THIS PROCESSOR YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO! I paired this with a Cooler Master 120 lite CPU cooler. It's a 120mm-sized liquid cooler and it keeps my temps around 50C while gaming and <40C while idling. You don't need a massive liquid cooler for this CPU which is nice! I think a large air cooler would keep it at acceptable levels as well, but a small liquid cooler is much more effective.
Fantastic liquid cooler at a bargain price

Pros: -Small form factor -Keeps my Ryzen 5 1600x nice and cool (<60C even while gaming) -Mounts to stock AM4 heatsink bracket -Came with thermal paste -Fan is silent -Cooler Master logo lights up
Cons: None! This thing is great!
Overall Review: Paid $40 for this cooler but it's easily worth $60. I was concerned that it would not be able to keep my Ryzen 5 1600X cool because of it's small size, but it has no trouble at all. Works way better than any air cooling I've ever had. The tubes are kind of stiff which makes it tricky to install, but that's true of every liquid cooler I've ever used so it's not really a con, just an observation. For the first few minutes the pump made noise (air bubbles) but after that it is now silent. I absolutely love that this mounts directly to the stock AM4 heatsink bracket, makes it very easy to install!
Quick shipping
Very fast shipping and item was as described. What else is there to say?
