memory has more to do with the motherboard than the cpu, so if the motherboard you are using for ryzen will work with DDR4 2400 dual channel memory, then yes

I am using a ASRock B250M Pro4 motherboard and I am interested in using this RAM in my build, but it is not on their approved list of memory. Would this memory still work?

It will work without any issues. Just make sure that you update the BIOS through a USB flash drive before booting into Windows. It cannot be stressed enough how important that is. Hope that helps.

Are these overclockable? I'm not expecting 3000 mhz but I would expect at least to 2666 mhz.

From my experience it's always good to run memory at the speed that it's designed to run. Memory not configured properly can make your system unstable and crash. What you can do is buy memory that's faster in the first place to obtain higher memory speeds, but the gains for buying the more expensive memory is minimal in the 3%-5% performance increase range. You're better off spending your funds on a faster CPU and getting M.2 SSD drives and running them at RAID 0.

I have employed Mushkin RAM successfully in many builds over the past 15 years. I am making a build with the Intel 7320 iCore 3 Kaby Lake processor and the ASUS Z270F board. Mushkin is not on the ASUS approved list provided within their website. Is this RAM compatible with that board? I would love to use this RAM.

I can't say with absolute certainty that your experience will be the same as mine, but I have 32GB if this ram in an MSI motherboard that doesn't list it as officially supported, and it works just fine, even with the XMP running.
