Pros: Truly awesome gaming experience. Amazing screen and speakers. Activated on T Mobile no problem. Good signal and 5G.

Cons: American customer here. Phone is zoned for Taiwan. Red LED for charging stays on always, even when not connected. ASUS US (North America) WILL NOT SERVICE! They said send it to ASUS OF TAIWAN. Also, bought Kunai 3 gamepad to go with it. Kunai 3 needs firmware update that this Taiwanese phone can't give it somehow. That's what ASUS customer service said anyway. Now the Kunai 3 doesn't work at all. It did for a while, though, and when it did, it was awesome. Final complaint, the screen got a little crack from just the tiniest bump against a countertop. I realize it's not a Doogee rugged phone, but come on, it should be a little stronger

Overall Review: So much potential to be an awesome gaming phone, but ASUS customer service is just terrible and unhelpful. Would not buy another ASUS product, and would only recommend this phone to someone who can protect a delicate electronic device, and who has made positively sure the phone is for the correct region
