Nice CPU
Pros: Good AM2 intro processor low power consumption and low heat
Cons: none
Overall Review: don't forget to goto AMD website and get the Dual core optimizer download in the drivers section I noticed a 25% increase in video conversion rate with it installed
It was cheap
Pros: it came with the combo so i really considered it was free low power consumption and low Heat compact size was nice too
Cons: actually nothing wrong with the card except i wouldn't have bought if it wasn't part of a combo. Honestly this card sells from $35-45 dollars and for a mere $20-25 dollars more you can get a 4670 with an enormous performance increase so compared to my nvidea 7900gt or my 7950gto not even close it will play WOW,EVE online and COH/COV with nominal setting at 1680x1050
Overall Review: i overclocked this card 800mhz-GPU and 490mhz memory with no heat problems but you'll have to get an aftermarket OC program to achieve it since the OC program included wont let you go that high I used ATITOOL
It was free
Pros: the price was right
Cons: has two removeable caps that will probably get lost the first time it gets used the plastic is not very high grade i can see it cracking easily from regular use
Overall Review: it was free cant really complain ill use it until it breaks or give it away to some unsuspecting friend:)
Nice n' Quiet
Pros: Looks pretty lots of Connections crossfire ready great performance rating for the price
Cons: only 2 standard power plugs the rest are all SATA I guess its time to upgrade those cd-rom:)
Good RAM Bad SPD
Pros: nice ram installed easily no problems or errors
Cons: did not set up correctly for SPD on motherboard make sure to goto website and manually enter settings in BIOS or you won't get full performance from these
Overall Review: if you are not running x64 system you are not going to see or use more than 3 to 3.5 gigs of this RAM and yes it is normal to vary it depends how the hardware is set-up since some of the addresses for RAM above 3gb are reserved for system hardware I don't underastand all the details but those are the facts. I do know that dual channel will still work.
Worth the Money
Pros: setup and install was easy no interferences with installed components lots of SATA plenty of room for upgrades in the furture
Cons: no stand-off pins in box for installation for mounting holes that don't line up Install cd auto-run does not work for x64 systems but drivers are on the cd only 1 IDE (i guess its time to upgrade those cd-roms:))
Overall Review: as others have said this board is not OC friendly it can be done but will take a lot of extra time to do it i have a seperate video card but i saw a review that said the intergarated graphics OC'd well and it did ran GPU to 850mhz with no problem for a nice video performance increase for those that are wondering about the hybred crossfire it will only work with 3200 to 3400 series graphics cards period its not a capatibility issue ATI decided to shut it off for midrange and higher video cards because it supposedly only provided a nominal performance increase with them i wish thaey would have left that decision to the customer however you can use the onboard graphics to run other monitors or the HDMI
