Most Favorable Review

Best version of Windows, hands down...

Windows 7 Professional SP1 64-bit
Windows 7 Professional SP1 64-bit

Pros: Most stable of them all, and you can find the stuff you need easily because it's where it's always been (why break what isn't broken).

Cons: Expiring support

Overall Review: Vista, a miserable failure MS never bothered fixing. Windows 7 just works. 8 (and variants including 10) just bork things up for no good reason. Here, we'll make things easier for you so you can't either find them or get them to work.

Most Critical Review

Stopped working after 4 years.

ASUS X99-A II LGA 2011-v3 Intel X99 USB 3.1 USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
ASUS X99-A II LGA 2011-v3 Intel X99 USB 3.1 USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: Great while it lasted, mostly stable and fast.

Cons: Suddenly stopped working after 4 years, hard locked and now won't boot past CPU (LED lit)

Overall Review: Really hard to find a replacement LGA 2011-v3 board.

Good OEM version of Microsoft Wheel Mouse Optical 1.1A - Black

Microsoft Wheel Mouse Optical 1.0 - Black
Microsoft Wheel Mouse Optical 1.0 - Black

Pros: Appears to be a legit OEM Microsoft Wheel Mouse Optical 1.1A - Black, packed in an OEM style plastic bag. Operates as it should just like the original retail versions that are no longer available. Based on the sample I received I ordered another as a backup.

Cons: None obvious ATM.

Best MS OS to date

Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium

Pros: Works

Cons: Isn't vista, 8, 8.1, 10 or any other PITA version that hides stuff you always knew where to find. Stable.

Best standard mouse IMO

Microsoft Wheel Mouse Optical - Black
Microsoft Wheel Mouse Optical - Black

Pros: I've been using these mice for years. Simple, durable and they just plain work without the extra "value added" stuff.

Cons: Getting very difficult to find.

Overall Review: Microsoft apparently decided to discontinue these but maybe we as consumers can apply enough pressure to get them back into production.

Solid overall

ASUS P6T6 WS Revolution with NF200 3xPCIe true x16 LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard
ASUS P6T6 WS Revolution with NF200 3xPCIe true x16 LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: This replaced a P5E64, the board layout is very similar. Legacy free except PS/2, which I still use. Works great with Mushkin 998677B at 6,6,6,18 1333 1.60V. Been a solid performer, with caveats...

Cons: First boot saw a chassis intrusion message, but it went away after a restart. Overclock fail message occurred without an overclock, it too went away. S3 resume issues as follows: If memory set to 7,7,7,20 (spec), after resume CAS (CL) is set to 4. If memory set to 6,6,6,18, after resume CAS (CL) is set to 7. Neither caused a crash but this needs fixed if CPUZ is reading it right. Southbridge/NF200 running at 49°C, toasty. Realtek lan, really? What was ASUS thinking!

Overall Review: System: P6T6 WS Revolution i7-975 Mushkin 998677B Sapphire 100281VX-2SR 5870 PC Power S75QB 750W WD1001FALS x2

Good seller

Purchased two OEM Microsoft wired optical mice, the one in service is working correctly and both appear to be legit items. Two separate orders arrived reasonably quick given the overseas shipping, so yes I did business with them twice.

Slow shipping/delivery

My item shipped direct from China and may have encountered a problem as it appears to have shipped twice. Ordered 12/2/2016, still not received as of 1/11/2017, though tracking says it's now in the states. We'll see... Received 1/18/2017, keyboard does not work properly, the entire .369* column on the number pad does not work. Mouse is unusually small, labeling on back is odd for an MS product and lacks the MS holograph sticker, suspect item is counterfeit, requesting a refund or exchange.
