Got the wrong model.

Pros: Good PCs for the money. Ordered this for a client. The one they shipped me was not the one pictured, it was the USFF model (Ultra Small Form Factor) with the HUGE laptop style charger. Probably ordered around 15 of the Joy Systems machines in the past year. This is the only one I had an issue with. The client couldn't wait 2 weeks for the return process, so we went with it. Still working 9 months later. No complaints from the client.
Cons: Wrong model received (only reason for the deduction). I only hope the external charger lasts. Keep in mind, when ordering, look at the case style. There are 4 different sizes of these Optiplex models.
Nice system for the money.

Pros: Optiplex build quality of course. Very quiet. Easy to service. Ordered several of these for clients over the past 18 months, Including 7 I installed at the local Sheriff's Office. No issues at all. All were from Joy Systems.
Cons: None as of yet. Only had one give the memory error beeps out of the box. It was as simple as re-seating the RAM cards. A common problem with computers, especially one that has bounced through shipping.
Not bad.

Pros: Setup a couple of these for clients over the last few months. They have had no issues printing. Software setup went smoothly. Decent speed and print quality.
Cons: Just keep in mind, these do not have a secondary feed. If you want to print something other than plain paper, say an envelope, you have to pull out the paper tray, change the tray to fit an envelope, and then put it all back. Seems odd for a printer in this price range. Client, who often prints envelopes, found out the hard way.
