Use it right!

Pros: Simply put, the best conductivity available.
Cons: None. You just have to use it right.
Overall Review: If your going to spend money on this stuff. Read the instructions and use it right. People who say this dosnt work as well as people say used too much! It only takes a dot in the center of your processor the size of a BB. Dont smear it. Let the weight of the processor spread it. Using too much holds in heat more than it transfers it.
Shoddy

Pros: Comfy ear pads. Long cord.
Cons: Shoddy construction. The right side of mine stopped working after about half a day of use.
Overall Review: The people who say that they have "head crushing force" must of had the intelligence to bend the bars on top to adjust them so that point is moot.
Awfully brittle.

Pros: Cheap. Key action feels nice.
Cons: Cant open jars. Plastic broke on first hit.
What I expected

Pros: Its a 250 gig drive. It works.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: Not particularly quiet or loud.
No good, poor signal

Pros: Easy to install, windows XP didn't even need drivers, though I ran the install anyway.
Cons: It gets 0-2 bars strength over a distance of less than 20 feet and frequently loses connection.
Overall Review: I'm returning it in favor of an adapter on a USB cable so I can put it on top of the desk. (No, pulling the pc out from under the desk did not help the connection.)
Very pleased

Pros: Almost no more latency than my old wired version (G5). And of course just as comfortable.
Cons: If your prone to being on a computer for 10+ hours a time, you will be swapping batteries at least once a day, but its not that bad.
Overall Review: Oddly enough, it isn't as heavy as the G5 with all the heavy weights in it.
