Kept my OC'd i7-920 cool
Pros: I slightly overclocked my 920 to run at 3.2 GHz. The idle temp is 35C. The installation was easy and straightforward. The documentation was clear. I didnt use the ultra-silent fan adaptors and it is still very quiet. I was debating between the CM v10 and this one. Maybe 3-5 years from now when the price of the QX i7 drops, I'll upgrade.
Cons: It is humongous but my CM HAF case have tons of room for it. Highly recommend using a full tower for this. The only con is that I cant use the Corsair dominator memory slot nearest the CPU. Hence it limits me to use only 3 tri-channel instead of 6. But for now 6GB is fine wt me.
Overall Review: i7 920, ASUS P6T Deluxe V2, Corsair Dominator 6GB, Thermaltake Toughpower 850W, EVGA GTX 260 896MB, CM HAF case, WD Black Caviar 500GB
Slower than the IDE drives
Pros: Functional
Cons: Slower than the IDE drives. I worry about the jamming sound when opening and closing the drive. It is not as smooth as my old and reliable 3 year Memorex IDE DVD burner. This is my first time buying an LG DVD drive...never again. Sticking to Samsung, Memorex, or Pioneer in the future.
Better than the top AMD cpu
Pros: The comparable AMD chip is 30% less but you will get 30% less performance also. I am able to OC this chip to 3.2GHz with no increase in idle temp and only 5C increase when loaded. Hence I have the performance of the top of the line QX that is $800 more expensive.
Cons: Price but you get it from a brand name and reliability.
Overall Review: It was a big risk for me buying from Newegg since I only live 5 miles away from a famous California electronics starting with F. Price was the factor to me. A comparable cpu from F would cost $20 more. The only part cheaper in F are the cases. The rest go with Newegg. i7 920, ASUS P6T Deluxe V2, Corsair Dominator 6GB, Thermaltake Toughpower 850W, EVGA GTX 260 896MB, CM HAF case, WD Black Caviar 500GB, Noctua NH-U12P SE1366
Good but pricey
Pros: A reliable choice for PS.
Cons: 20-30 more expensive than Corsair. Connectors are not modular.

Great details for games
Pros: Excellent choice for mid-range graphics card. I havent tried Crysis yet but no problems with max settings on Medieval TW, Quake Wars Enemy Territory, LOTR and Star Wars games. Cons: Huge card extending all the way to the back of the mobo.
